Our Policies

PINK POLKADOT POSTERS, LLC Yard Display Policies

  1. To reserve, please complete the Order Request Form. If we can deliver your request on your date, we will promptly respond back upon request.

  2. Payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  3. We ask that you do not lean on the signs. Our signs are fragile. We ask that you take pride in your lawn display and treat it with respect. Please do not move, throw away or vandalize lawn display items. If you run into any issues with placement, contact us directly to discuss options. There will be a filed police report and a $500.00 fee for any stolen or damaged signs.   

  4. Our signs are your responsibility within your 24 hour window. Please make sure your lawn is watered and manicured prior to our arrival (Clients should water their lawns a couple of days prior to the day of their installation for a proper installation of the display).If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

  5. Please make sure ALL pets are properly put away.        

  6. When the celebration has concluded, please do not move items. Someone on our Pink Polkadot Posters team will pick up on the scheduled pick-up date. 

  7. If you send a greeting to a friend or family member and they would like to have it removed at a certain time, please notify us.

  8. Please confirm address before submission. We will not be able to refund your payment if we are given the wrong set-up address. There is a $50 charge to reinstall at another location.

  9. If you would like your card in a specific area of your yard, please let us know in advance. Generally, our set-up is close to the front-center area of your yard. Set up location will adjust according to available lawn area and the size of the sign.

  10. Because we care about our customers, we will always try our best to set-up on time. If there is extreme inclement weather there may be a slight delay of set up. We will set up when weather conditions are safe.

  11. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons can damage equipment. You may place a balloon display at a distance to compliment your sign.

  12. We will give full refunds for cancellations received at least 6 days in advance.

  13. Please water the yard the day we arrive to ensure easier placement of the signs. This is especially important during the dry summer months.

  14. Please leave the front porch light on to help us navigate in the dark.

  15. We do not set up in backyards.

  16. PINK POLKADOT POSTER LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental. 

  17.  We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. Please use #pinkpolkadotposters on social media so we can see the joy!

PINK POLKADOT POSTERS, LLC Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your booking prior to 24-hours before set-up, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund. Or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date to be used within 3 months, based on our availability. If you do not rebook within 3 months, the fee will not be refunded. 

  2. A Cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 24 hours of the installation date. If you must cancel within the 24-hour window, no refunds will be offered. We will work with you to reschedule within a 3-month window. 

  3. There is a non-refundable fee of $60 included when purchasing a Pink Polkadot Posters bundle. If at any time a customer chooses to cancel, $60 will be deducted from the total payment price. 

  4. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy snow or ice, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. No refunds will be given, but we will work with you to reschedule. 

  5. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

  6. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  7. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

  8. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  9. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that is out of our control.

  10. We install greetings after 6:00 PM and pick up the following evening after 6:00 PM.
