  • WILL THE SIGN DISPLAY DAMAGE TO MY LAWN?

Signs are put into the ground with metal stakes. We install and remove the signs carefully, leaving your yard in its previous condition before installment.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Price includes set up and take down of your personalized greeting. The total order price may depend on location and rush fees. Once we have processed payment your job is to sit back and enjoy your front yard for 24 hours. 

  • WHAT ZIP CODES DO YOU SERVICE?

 If your zip code is within a delivery area the website will route you automatically to the correct location. If you receive an Out of Service Area notification, please contact your nearest local franchisee for help. Depending on your location, the delivery area can be extended.

  • WHAT IF YOU ARE BOOKED ON THE DAY I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A GREETING?

Here at Pink Polkadot Posters, we try our best to accommodate ALL requests. Unfortunately, we can only run greetings when we have the available inventory. We recommend scheduling your yard greeting at least 24 hours out. If our calendar (located on the home page) is booked on the date you would like to purchase, please contact us at 678-827-5930Last minute bookings will be based on available inventory and include a $25 rush fee.

  • WHEN WILL MY DISPLAY BE SET UP AND TAKEN DOWN?

We generally set up after 6pm the evening before your requested date and take down after 6pm the day of your event.

  • DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU SET UP THE DISPLAY?

Not at all! As long as you’ve prepaid and given us directions, we can take care of the rest!  

  • WHAT KIND OF SET UPS DO YOU OFFER?

We can customize something for you, no matter the occasion! Just let us know what you’d like! Please let us know if we need to make other arrangements.

  • DO I GET TO KEEP THE DISPLAY? 

No, these are rental displays except for some specific keepsakes.

  • ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
    No, check out our pricing page. You’ll just pay your invoice before setup, and as long as there’s no damage or missing pieces, that’s it. No extra charge for delivery or cleanup!
